Cancellation Policy
All guided clear kayak tours require at least 24 hours' advance notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled tour, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
If you arrive late for your tour, the group may depart without you, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
Weight Limit Agreement
I understand that the maximum weight per person is 95 kg, and the total combined weight for two paddlers in a kayak cannot exceed 190 kg.
Additional Agreements
I understand that I am responsible for any minor (under 18) paddling with me.
I acknowledge that the company may send confirmation, reminder, and follow-up emails regarding my booking.
